   There are no two houses alike and all home inspections performed by A Closer Look Inspection Service are custom tailored to deal with these differences. The inspection fee for a typical one-family house varies, as does the cost of each house. Factors that affect the inspection fees are the size, age, design, location and the possibility of extra services which would be considered outside the scope of a typical inspection.

   However, do not let the cost be a factor in deciding on a home inspection. The knowledge gained from an inspection is well worth the cost, and the lowest priced inspection may not necessarily be a true bargain in the long run.
